Lake Vista Garage & Iron Fence

In this Lake Vista project,

our clients entrusted us with expanding both function and curb appeal. The scope began with a brand-new, full-size two-car garage, built from the ground up with a new foundation, pressure-treated framing, a clean flat roof, and a new gutter system—designed to seamlessly integrate with the home’s existing structure.

To further enhance the property's flow, we reframed the front porch, creating a more open and uninterrupted view from the home into the front yard. This subtle architectural move made a noticeable impact on the entry experience.

​

We completed the transformation by wrapping the exterior in a custom brick and iron perimeter fence, complete with post lighting and intricate Florida-leaf emblem brickwork—all fully approved by the Lake Vista Management Authority.

​

Estimated for three months, the build was completed in just 1.5 months.

 

We're now stepping into Phase 2: landscape design to complete the vision.
