In envisioning their long-awaited upstairs renovation,

our clients sought a builder willing to undertake the intricate project that others have avoided. Feeling disheartened by the lack of enthusiasm from previous builders, they became discouraged and nearly abandoned their vision—until they found us.

Enthused by their vision, we delved into understanding and brought it to life. The main closet evolved from an ordinary swinging door into a spacious 10 by 9 foot haven with beautiful bifold doors, featuring a custom California closet system. To enhance privacy, we created a secluded dressing area by building a wall and door system.

Our skilled carpenters meticulously split the historic entry doors, optimizing the walkway and applied a soft redwood stain to match the elegant bifold doors. To brighten the new areas, we tastefully refreshed the walls and ceiling in both the closet and children's bedroom with a new palette of paint. Finally, we breathed new life into the space by repairing and rejuvenating the original hardwood floors in the main and kids' bedrooms.
